Camworld on community technology
In Online Community Technologies and Concepts, Cameron Barrett of CamWorld put down some of his thoughts about online communities, more specifically about reputation management, collaborative filtering, mailing list management, content management systems, and distributed categorization and indexing efforts. Believe it or not all of these things are related, he finds. Some, if not all, of his thoughts are relevant to the online public engagement debates, and would have been among the references in our chapter 4 if we had written it now. Posted by gotze at 08:06 PM
